Bill Stepansky, President

Bill Stepansky has been facilitating workshops for over 25 years. Subjects include financial and business acumen, sales, customer
service, project management, communications, time management, holding effective meetings, team building, problem solving and
decision making, leadership, communications, and many others. Bill has an engineering degree from Southern Illinois
University. At Firestone he was Plant Manager, Sales Manager, and Administrative Assistant to the President of the Firestone
Industrial Products Division and Manager of the Executive Leadership Development Department. He served as President of Alcam
Video Products, Inc, a video retail business and Celemi, Inc., a learning company. He is currently President of Management
Development International, Inc. Bill served on the adjunct faculty at the University of Michigan, RPI, and Springfield
College.
Bill lives in Suffield, Connecticut with his wife Marge, also a workshop facilitator, and his son and
daughter Joe and Krista. He is active in Community Theater and coaches youth sports teams.

Dan Topf is a Certified Performance Technologist with 18+ years experience in program facilitation, instructional design, and human resources consulting.
He's a certified facilitator for all the CELEMI learning programs, and is master certified for Enterprise, Tango, Decision
Base, Apples & Oranges, Livon, Medici, and Cayenne. He's facilitated over 200 Tango programs alone.
Most of his clients use simulation learning tools into their strategic learning programs. Dan has integrated
simulations into executive development, management training, project manager training, customer service initiatives,
and cash flow programs. Dan holds a BA and MA degrees, and has served on the faculty of the Drake University School
of Education in Des Moines, Iowa USA. He has also served as assistant director of the Executive MBA Program at the University
of Iowa, a Top 30 business school. Dan's actively involved (serving on international committees) in the International
Society for Performance Improvement and the American Society for Training and Development.
